With shelter in place orders, it’s been tricky to do a lot of things, but going through the process of refinancing was surprisingly easy. Almost everything was done online and securely. The only in-person contact was with the notary, and that was done safely, as well. It was very easy to upload requested documents and e-sign when needed. Emails, phone calls and texts were great and was kept up-to-date with any developments. I would highly recommend anyone to work with Michael!
